The following Sparta Sports Park Rules and Regulations shall be adhered to before and during the activities associated with this reservation:

1) No person shall obstruct any walk or drive in any public park or playground; and no person shall injure, mar, or damage, in any manner, any monument, ornament, fence, bridge, seat, tree, fountain, shrub, flower, playground equipment, or other public property within or pertaining to such park.

2) No person shall consume, possess, or be in custody of any alcoholic beverage, unless in possession of a beer/wine permit issued by the SRA Facility Director, the SRA Board of Directors, or the designee or agent of either the Board or Director.

3) Pets will only be permitted within the Sports Park while on the nature trails and must be leashed.

4) No person shall place or deposit any garbage, glass, tin cans, paper, or miscellaneous waste in any park or playground, except in containers provided for that purpose.

5) All persons shall dispose of decorations properly; including but not limited to party poppers, streamers, confetti, balloons, and other materials alike.

6) No person shall engage in baseball, football, or softball throwing, or other violent or rough exercise or play, in any public park or other public place, except in areas designated therefore by order of the village council.

7) If picnic tables are moved, please return them to their original area.

8) No person shall deface park property; including but not limited to the use of paint, spray paint, markers, chalk, carvings or any other damaging materials.

9) Applicant agrees to pay rental fees associated with field reservation prior to use of the facility.

In consideration of the furtherance of your purposes, objectives and work and in consideration of your permitting me, my child, ward or heir to participate in any program (s) or event (s) pertaining to the Sparta Sports Park, I the undersigned, or if under 18 my parent or guardian, INTEND TO BE LEGALLY BOUNDED HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WHETHER BASED UPON NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LAW, which I, my child, ward, or heir and our parents, guardians, heirs, executors, representatives, administrators, and assigns may have against the Sparta Sports Park and the Sparta Recreational Authority, any affiliates or subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees associated with said associations, the municipalities or counties in or through which the programs or events take place or are conducted, as well as any other person, entity or sponsor connected with such programs or events, and their heirs, executors, representatives, administrators, successors, assigns, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, directors, shareholders, employees or agents, FOR ANY AND ALL INJURIES INCLUDING DEBILITATING INJURY AND / OR DEATH OR DAMAGES WHICH I, MY CHILD, WARD OR HEIR MAY SUFFER while taking part in such programs or events as a result thereof.
