What is a Master Plan and why has one been prepared?
Whether or not we realize it, all of us plan. As people, we have many goals including career goals, goals to purchase automobiles and homes and goals to take vacations. How each of us makes these goals happen is through planning for them; for a vacation we must determine a place to go, choose a time period to go, determine how much money we have available and what we can do with that money; for purchasing a home or car, we must determine what we would like, what we can afford, when each can be purchased and how, and where we would like to live.
